We want you to love your Crumpler gear, which is why we offer a 28-day return period for all items in original condition. Whether you have changed your mind or need a different size, our process is designed to be as seamless as our bags.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5 business days.
